Step 2 of 5: Enroll Customers & Brand Partners
During the Ignite stage (the first 90 days), only four bonuses* are relevant:
Customer Bonus
Brand Partner Fast Start Bonus
Team Commissions
Director 300 Bonus
In Step 2, when you enroll customers or Brand Partners, you earn Customer Bonus, Fast Start Bonus and Team Commissions.
In Step 3, you earn 1-Time Director 300 Bonus of US$300 when you meet the requirements.
The Customer Bonus rewards Brand Partners when customers order ASEA products.
Unlike other bonuses, Brand Partners do not need to be active to earn the Customer Bonus. As long as a customer places an order, the bonus is generated.
Also, unlike other bonuses, the Customer Bonus is calculated from the product price, not from product volume (PV — Personal Volume).
First order
Brand Partner earns 20% of the product price.
Example:
Customer purchases ASEA products worth US$155
Commission: 20% × US$155
= US$31
Subscription orders
If the customer continues on subscription, the Brand Partner earns 12% of the product price every month.
As long as the customer remains on subscription, this commission continues each month, creating recurring income.
Example:
Monthly subscription = US$155
Commission: 12% × US$155
= US$18.60 per month
Why Customer Bonus Is Important
Note: This section is for reference only. Understanding this is not a prerequisite to build this business. And, if you're new or not technically inclined, you may find this hard to understand.A Brand Partner may continue earning monthly commissions as long as the customer remains active.
Because of this, the Customer Bonus can become a form of residual income, recurring income or passive income from customer subscriptions.
Customer purchases also generate volume that contributes to other commissions and bonuses in the ASEA One compensation plan.
Customer volume is also counted as:
PV (Personal Volume) to help you meet your monthly requirements to stay active to earn all bonuses (except Customer Bonus)
PGV (Personal Group Volume) in your Sponsorship Tree
Lesser Leg GV (Group Volume) in your Binary Tree
This means that besides earning Customer Bonus directly, your customer volume also drives other commissions:
Optimized Team Commissions, the higher of (A) or (B):
(A) 10% of the volume of your Lesser Leg GV
(B) 5% of your PGV3 (PGV down to and including Level 3) up to 3000 PV
Entrepreneur Momentum Pool in which the shares are based on your PGV3
Check Match in which the number of generations you match those in your sponsorship tree earning Team Commission depends on your weekly rank which depends on your PGV or Lesser Leg PV.
Brand Partners earn a one-time Fast Start Bonus for enrolling new Brand Partners who place an initial product order.
To earn the Fast Start Bonus, the sponsoring Brand Partner must stay active (see “Active Status & PV” section earlier).
This bonus is calculated as 20% of the Personal Volume (PV) generated by the initial order, up to maximum 1,000 PV.
The payout is computed in US dollars and paid in local currency. (US$1 = S$1.4 = RM4.2)
Example:
A new Brand Partner places an initial order of 150 PV during enrollment.
Fast Start Bonus: 20% × 150 = US$30
Launch Promotion Example
During the ASEA One global launch, the Fast Start Bonus was temporarily increased to 30% of PV.
Example:
A Brand Partner ordered: 140 PV
Bonus: 30% × 140 PV = US$42
Another Brand Partner ordered: 100 PV
Bonus: 30% × 100 PV = US$30
Total Fast Start Bonus earned:
US$72
Why Fast Start Bonus Is Important
The Fast Start Bonus applies only to the initial order of a new Brand Partner.
It is not recurring. However, there is no limit to how many new Brand Partners you can enroll.
When your new Brand Partners continue ordering products through subscriptions or ad hoc "on-demand" orders, commissions are generated through other bonuses:

Once a Brand Partner reaches Director 300* for a commission week, they will earn team commissions.

Lesser Leg Qualification
Be Binary Qualified (BQ)
At least Director 300 = 300 GV in your lesser leg
You earn 10% of lesser-leg GV
PGV3 Qualification
Be Sponsorship Qualified (SQ)
At least Director 300 = 450 PGV3
You earn 5% of PGV3
How Optimized Team Commission Calculated
You earn whichever is higher—10% of lesser-leg GV or 5% of PGV3.

Why This System Exists
In the early stages of building a business, team volume can fluctuate.
The optimized system ensures Brand Partners receive the highest available commission each week.
***ASEA optimizes your first 3,000 PGV3 each week—creating a guaranteed minimum as long as you are Sponsorship Qualified (SQ). This means you’ll never earn less than 5% of the volume you personally drive through PGV3, up to 3,000 PGV3.
