ASEA One & Club One
ASEA invested US$8.5 million in Brand Partners, launching in all 35 markets on 24 January 2026 with these two components:
ASEA One, the new compensation plan that pays according to your personal and group volume on a weekly basis.
Club One, a monthly, point-based reward and recognition system that supports you as a Brand Partner in building your ASEA business.
1. Your First 90-day ASEA One Target

For your first 90 days, start with:
Ignite.
Note: You may not understand every detail immediately. That's okay.
We learn as you earn.
And we learn by doing.
Clarity comes through action.
During Ignite, you're earning from these four (of the seven) income streams of ASEA One.
In the Ignite stage, your focus is on mastering the simple rhythm of sharing—enrolling customers and sponsoring Brand Partners—that leads to your First Milestone of:
Earning US$1,000+ in 90 days
which comes from three components:
Regular ASEA One commissions (Customer Bonus, Brand Partner Fast Start Bonus and Team Commissions)
One-Time Director 300 Bonus of US$300*
One-Time Club One cash rewards up to US$325*
*Both the Director 300 Bonus and Club One cash rewards are 1-time cash bonuses available only during roughly your first 90 days.
Note: The Club One cash rewards are paid on top of the regular ASEA One commissions and the 1-time Director 300 Bonus.
How to Earn the 1-Time Director 300 US$300 Bonus in your First 90 Days
Consistency: Achieve the Director 300 rank* at least two out of four (consecutive) weeks within your first 90 days.
Volume: Generate 1,200 PGV* during a four-week period within your first 90 days.
*Director 300 is the first "foundational" rank in the ASEA One compensation plan which is the building block of your ASEA business.

Each Club One cycle is a 4-week cycle aligned with the ASEA Global commissions calendar (see the "How are Commissions Paid?".)
How to Earn the Club One Cash Rewards Up to US$325 Bonus in your First 90 Days
Consistency: Qualify for Club One and Club One+ for the first three Club One Jumpstart Cycles* in roughly your first 90 days.
Requirement:
Earn 8 points per cycle to qualify for Club One
Or, earn 15 points per cycle to qualify for Club One+
*The first three Club One cycles are called Jumpstart Cycles which offer cash rewards. From the 4th cycle onwards, instead of cash rewards, Club One continues to provide other rewards and recognition.
How to Earn Club One Points
Points are earned through these three activities that build your business:
Share — introducing new customers or Brand Partners
Mentor — helping your new Brand Partners to qualify for Club One
Build — helping your new Brand Partners to achieve Director 300
Note: Every point is progress. Every cycle you qualify builds momentum.
