Step 2 of 5: Enroll Customers & Brand Partners
During the first 90 days, you can earn any of these four bonuses:
Customer Bonus
Brand Partner Fast Start Bonus
Team Commission
Director 300 Bonus of US$300 (1-time; available only in the 1st 90 days)
In (this) Step 2 of 5, when you enroll customers and Brand Partners, you earn Customer Bonus and Fast Start Bonus respectively.
In addtion, you can also earn Team Commissions when you meet the requirements.
From past records, our new Brand Partners typically earn a total of about US$400 in the 1st 90 days from these three regular commissions.
In Step 3 of 5, you can earn a 1-Time Director 300 Bonus of US$300 only available in the 1st 90 days when you meet the requirements.
The Customer Bonus rewards Brand Partners when customers order ASEA products.
Unlike other bonuses, Brand Partners do not need to be active to earn the Customer Bonus. The bonus is generated for every subscription order.
Also, unlike other bonuses, the Customer Bonus is calculated from the product price, not from product volume (PV).
First order
Brand Partner earns 20% of the product (net*) price.
*Net price refers to price before tax and shipping.
Example:
Customer purchases ASEA products worth S$100 (eg. 2 packs of ASEA Energy in Singapore after 10% promo / referral code discount)
Commission: 20% × S$100
= S$20
Subscription orders
If the customer continues on subscription, the Brand Partner earns 12% of the product price every month.
As long as the customer remains on subscription, this commission continues each month, creating recurring income.
Example:
Monthly subscription = S$100
Commission: 12% × S$100
= S$12 per month
Brand Partners and Customers can take advantage of setting up a monthly subscription to earn Redox Reward Points to exchange for free products.
If we simply do a make a one-time "on-demand order" every time we need products and to stay active (to earn conmmissions and bonuses), no Redox Reward points will be awarded. This is equivalent to paying a higher price unnecessarily every month.

Why Customer Bonus Is Important
A Brand Partner continues earning monthly commissions as long as the customer remains active on subscription.
Because of this, the Customer Bonus can become a form of residual income, recurring income or passive income from customer subscriptions.
🏠 The Logic: Think of an active customer subscription like owning real estate. As long as they stay on subscription, you are building digital houses and collecting rental automatically.
Brand Partners earn a one-time Fast Start Bonus for sponsoring new Brand Partners who place an initial product order.
However, there is no limit to how many new Brand Partners you can sponsor.
To earn the Fast Start Bonus, the sponsoring Brand Partner must stay active (see Step 1 of 5: Stay Active).
This bonus is calculated as 20% of the Personal Volume (PV) generated by the initial order, up to maximum 1,000 PV.
The payout is computed in US dollars and paid in local currency.
The current rates are fixed for each country. The SG / MY rates are as follows:
For Singapore: US$1 = S$1.40
For Malaysia: US$1 = RM4.2
These rates are fixed until the company changes it. The above rates had been fixed for the more than 7 years despite the currency fluctuations.
For Example:
A new Brand Partner joins your team and places an initial order of 150 PV during enrollment.
You will earn a Fast Start Bonus of 20% × 150 = US$30.
Which means:
If you're a Singaporean Brand Partner, you earn S$42 (based on 1.4)
If you're a Malaysian Brand Partner, you earn RM126 (based on 4.2)
Once a Brand Partner achieves Director 300 (D300)* for a commission week, they will earn team commissions.
Team commissions reward the growth of your team volume as the Brand Partners you sponsored begin building their own customer base and teams.
Team commissions go beyond earning based on your own efforts.
In the 1st 90 days, your team commission is calculated based on 5% of their Personal & Group Volume (PGV), down to level 3 or PGV3**.
**This way of paying team commissions to Brand Partners is only up to 3,000 PGV3 each week. When your PGV3 exceeds that, your team commission will be calculated based on your Binary (which is not necessary to understand in the 1st 90 days because your Team Commissions in the beginning is independent of where you place your Brand Partners) but you can learn as you earn.
NOTE:
Level 1 = Your Personal Volume
This is the total volume of orders made by your personally sponsored Brand Partners and personally enrolled Customers.
Levels 2 and beyond = Your Group Volume
This is the total volume of orders made by their personally sponsored Brand Partners and their personally enrolled Customers in levels 2 and beyond.
Hence,
PGV (Personal Group Volume) = Personal + Group Volume
