Step 3 of 5: Achieve Director 300 (2 Times)
During the first 90 days, only four bonuses* are relevant:
Customer Bonus
Brand Partner Fast Start Bonus
Team Commission
Director 300 Bonus of US$300 (1-time; available only in the 1st 90 days)
In Step 2 of 5, when you enroll customers or Brand Partners, you earn Customer Bonus, Fast Start Bonus respectively. In addtion, you can also earn Team Commissions when you meet the requirements.
From past records, our new Brand Partners typically earn a total of about US$400 from these three regular commissions.
In (this) Step 3 of 5, you can earn a 1-Time Director 300 Bonus of US$300 only available in the 1st 90 days when you achieve Director 300 according to the requirements which are explained here:

To qualify, Brand Partners must stay active (see Step 1 of 5 "Stay Active") and achieve the Director 300 rank by:
1. Generating a total of 450 PGV in one week
2. Be Sponsorship Qualified (SQ)*
Example:
You sponsor two Brand Partners:
Partner A = 150 PV
Partner B = 150 PV
You enrolled one customer:
Customer C = 150 PV
Total PGV:
150 + 150 + 150 = 450 PGV
You achieved Director 300.
*SQ means having at least two active personally sponsored Brand Partners, which may be placed anywhere in the Binary Tree as placement does not affect Team Commissions in the 1st 90 days for most people.
New Brand Partners can achieve D300 quickly by following these steps:
Stay active with minimum 100 PV per month (see Step 1 of 5)
Sponsor 2 Brand Partners with minimum 100 PV each (see Step 2 of 5)
Sponsor more Brand Partners or Customers by yourself and / or support your 2 Brand Partners to do the same to add up to a total volume to 450 PV or more within the same week.
Some examples of achieving D300 are:
Example 1:
You stay active with 150 PV monthly subscription
You sponsor two Brand Partners A & B, each with 150 PV in the same week. That gives you a total of 300 PV.
During the same week, you sponsor another Brand Partner C with 150 PV. That gives you a total of 450 PV.
Example 2:
You stay active with 150 PV monthly subscription
You sponsor two Brand Partners A & B, each with 150 PV in the same week. That gives you a total of 300 PV.
During the same week, A sponsor a Brand Partner C with 150 PV. That gives you a total of 450 PV.
Example 3:
You stay active with 100 PV monthly subscription
You sponsor two Brand Partners A & B, each with 100 PV in the same week. That gives you a total of 200 PV.
During the same week, you sponsor another Brand Partner C with 100 PV and A sponsor a Brand Partner D with 150 PV. That gives you a total of 450 PV.
Example 4:
You stay active with 100 PV monthly subscription
You sponsor two Brand Partners A & B, each with 100 PV in the same week. That gives you a total of 200 PV.
During the same week, A sponsor a Brand Partner C with 100 PV. C sponsor a Brand Partner D with 150 PV. That gives you a total of 450 PV.
Example 5:
You stay active with 100 PV monthly subscription
You sponsor two Brand Partners A & B, each with 100 PV in the same week. That gives you a total of 200 PV.
During the same week, A sponsor a Brand Partner C with 100 PV. B sponsor a Brand Partner D with 150 PV. That gives you a total of 450 PV.
Example 6:
You stay active with 100 PV monthly subscription
You sponsor two Brand Partners A & B, each with 100 PV in the same week. That gives you a total of 200 PV.
During the same week, you enroll 3 customers with 100 PV each. That gives you a total of 500 PV.
Example 7:
You stay active with 100 PV monthly subscription
You sponsor two Brand Partners A & B, each with 100 PV in the same week. That gives you a total of 200 PV.
During the same week, you enroll 1 customer with 100 PV. A sponsor a Brand Partner C with 100 PV. B enroll 1 customer with 100 PV. That gives you a total of 500 PV.
NOTE:
If you have less than 450 PV in one week, this volume will be carried over to the following week as long as you stay active.
You will get paid a Team Commission for that week when your total for the first 3 levels (hence known as PGV3—Personal & Group Volume up to 3 levels) adds up to a total volume of 450 PV or more. It means you're earning beyond your own effort.
Your Team Commission is calculated as 5% of your PGV3 for that week.
The Director 300 (D300) Bonus rewards Brand Partners who achieve early leadership momentum.
To qualify for the D300 Bonus, a Brand Partner must:
• Achieve Director 300 at least two out of four weeks
• Generate at least 1,200 PGV during a four-week period
• Complete these requirements within the first 90 days
When these conditions are met, the Brand Partner receives:
One-time Director 300 Bonus = US$300

New Brand Partners can achieve D300 Bonus quickly by following these steps:
Login to your VO and check your Director 300 Bonus Progress at the Home page and check for:
Days Remaining: this will countdown from 90 to 0.
PGV: You need to generate at least 1200 PGV within a 4-week period during the 1st 90 days.
Weeks Paid: Achieve Director 300 at least two out of four weeks during the 1st 90 days.
2. Achieve D300 as quickly as possible (see To Do #1 above) and then check your D300 Bonus Progress again.
3. Once you know your status, you can work toward these requirements:

4. You will earn the 1-Time D300 Bonus of US$300 once you achieve the requirements.
