ACTION Video 3 – Just 5 Minutes a Day
How to build momentum with small daily actions.
This 3-minute action video shows you exactly how to get started, simply and naturally. No selling. No pressure.
The answer is not much. The ASEA One comp plan has four stages, but when you’re new, you don’t need to understand everything. You only need to focus on the first stage. It’s called Ignite.
Ignite is your first 90 days, and it has one clear goal: Build a simple foundation. Reach your first rank—Director 300—and earn around US$1,000 in the process.
More importantly, by the end of Ignite, you’re building a base that can generate around US$500 to US$1,000 a month in residual income (as if you're collecting rental every month).
ASEA ONE is the compensation plan but Club One is the engine that drives your results. Club One rewards you for doing the right activities—things like sponsoring, mentoring, and helping your team grow.
During your first 90 days, there are special Jump Start cycles where Club One bonuses are available only for new brand partners. If you focus during these cycles, you can earn Club One bonuses plus a one-time Director 300 bonus. Together, these can easily add up to hundreds of dollars, on top of your regular customer bonuses, fast start bonuses, and team commissions.
Send out 1 to 2 icebreakers a day after you’ve built enough rapport. Over a month, that gives you 30 to 60 chances for someone to take a look. Even with a very conservative closing rate, that can mean 3 to 6 new customers or partners each month. That’s more than enough to help you qualify for Club One, reach Director 300, and hit your Ignite goals. Sending one or two messages takes about five minutes a day. That’s all you need to commit to.
If you want to do more, you can. Some people choose to spend 15 to 30 minutes a day, sending 5 to 10 icebreakers. When someone says yes, you don’t explain everything. You either meet them, or send them a website link and let the system do the work. For more information, see the Action Video 2 page.
Yes, at the beginning, five minutes a day is enough. This isn’t about rushing or intensity. It’s about consistency. Small actions, done daily, create momentum. And Ignite is designed to help you win early.
The Logic: Going to the gym and working hard for 10 hours straight will not build great fitness and it will probably harm you more than build up muscles. However, going to the gym once a day for 10 sessions of 1 hour each or 20 sessions of 30 minutes each will probably build some good fitness and nice muscles.Â
